In an effort to accommodate our customers, we accept returns as long as we
are notified within fourteen days of receipt of goods.

All returns and exchanges are FREE if you are buying from the US.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original
packaging and with all original tags attached

How do I make a return?

To receive authorization please email wholesale@shuuk.com within 14 days
of receipt of goods, providing detail of goods + reasons for return.

We’ll review within 48 hs. and after approval, we’ll send you a return label and
the US address to ship goods and apply the corresponding refund to your
invoice.

If you have a damaged item email us at wholesale@shuuk.com within 14 days
of receipt of goods, pls include detail and images of damaged items.

Damages will always be refunded.

Shopping from outside of the US? Contact us and we’ll coordinate the return
